Joe Faber is a creator, innovator and entrepreneur.  Owner of The Pilot Comicbook Company and the new internet based TV network, 4-DTV Productions and The American Wolf online newspaper, he has also developed into an expert in alternative football with 20 years of study and was the "ram-rod" behind the first attempt to launch the American Football League in 2011.  Being nearly successful back then and only failing to achieve a TV network contract, we are trying again using 4-DTV as a vehicle to launching the league.
