The Continental Football League has every intention to return the game back to its' gridiron roots.  This means a weight limit, restricted player substitu-tions and more open field play.  We also want to return the field goal to the goal line and the "H" design.  

 

There will be a more freestyle of play with passing and blocking to improve the excitment of the game.
